Abstract

The new Companies act 2013 has ushered in more revolutionary changes for promoting social development programme.Clause 135 of the act relates to Corporate social responsibility.The present study is an overview of understanding the new laws governing CSR,process of implementing CSR and the concerns arising out of the same.
