The language assessment is inevitable for teaching and learning. This paper argues about the co-ordination between the assessment and teaching. India, the classrooms are often considered as the symbol of pluralism indeed. The student hails from the multilingual and multicultural background, and these features can be used as resource rather than seen as an obstacle. The student learns English as second language and the teacher assesses the language skills. The paradigm of language assessment is explicit to the worth of teaching and learning. It is feasible to measure the language skills of language learners and its influence on the phenomenon of teaching and learning.
2023-12-18T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 Irshad Ahmad Khan, Bilal Tasleem, Parvez Khandayhttps://ajouronline.com/index.php/AJEEL/article/view/7187Proposal for the Possibility of Teaching Programming in the Subject of Computer Science using Autodesk Tinkercad2023-03-09T20:09:15+00:00Ondrej Takáčtakac.ondrej@gmail.comRobert Kantakanta.robert@gmail.comAndrea Takáčováandrea.ada.takacova@gmail.com
In today's world, we are witnessing a rapid boom in the implementation of various elements of robotics, intelligent, learning and other systems in our daily lives. The emphasis is on a multidisciplinary approach. These systems build on both hardware and software. Therefore, the question of programming is topical and we meet processors at every step. Our goal is to show within a few lessons the possibility of learning the principles of processor programming in a simple way, without the need for deeper knowledge of electronics or hardware. The use of the Arduino platform appears to be advantageous in this regard. It provides enough power and flexibility for educational purposes, while the Arduino IDE development environment is simple enough. Due to its diversity in terms of robustness and performance, Arduino is also widely used in practice, usually as an extension of existing systems. As an example, we can mention e.g. unmanned UAVs, camera or security systems, control and signaling systems, etc. Therefore, we see the sense of dealing with Arduino in education as well.
2023-12-18T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 Ondrej Takáč, Robert Kanta, Andrea Takáčováhttps://ajouronline.com/index.php/AJEEL/article/view/7203An Aerial Insight on Physiotherapy Training in the University of Namibia during Covid-19 era2023-04-01T23:34:48+00:00Farirai Evelyn Kambafkamba@unam.naLukas Matati Josualjosua@unam.naRakel Kavena Shalyefurkshalyefu@unam.na
ABSTRACT— Teaching and learning in higher education context around the globe witnessed unique disturbances during the COVID-19 induced calamity. The educators had to adjust their old ways of teaching and learning in order to halt the spread of the deadly virus. in the University of Namibia, the physiotherapy training, despite its practicality, is not pardoned from virus induced transformation. These rapid transformation and migration to technology assisted pedagogies introduced new ways of normal. Therefore, higher education institutions are challenged to rethink of the way they will conduct educational activities post-COVID-19 era. This review paper focused on enabling teaching and learning in physiotherapy training during the COVID-19 at the University of Namibia and chart the way forward post-COVID-19.
2023-12-18T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 Farirai Evelyn Kamba, Lukas Matati Josua, Rakel Kavena Shalyefu
