The research method uses a quasi-experimental design pre-post test with the control group. The study population was 108 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 33 respondents for each intervention and control group. Patient characteristics data were taken using a questionnaire, while blood pressure data was carried out by blood pressure examination.
